Terms & SMS Terms

Effective November 6, 2026. These terms apply to inspectla.com and to text messages from Advanced Group Property Inspection Co. Inc., doing business as Advanced Group Inspections and Inspect LA. Inspection services themselves are governed by the inspection agreement you sign before your inspection.

SMS program

Program: Advanced Group Inspections / Inspect LA customer care texts.

What you will receive: messages about your inspection request, quotes, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, report-ready notices, and replies to your questions.

How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on our website request form, by giving verbal or written consent when you book with our office, or by texting us first.

Frequency: message frequency varies based on your inspection.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information; mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Website use
